Fees

 

£570 or 680 euros standard booking to be paid by 15th  July              

£480 or 580 euros early booking to be paid by 15^th  May

 

Including all teaching and support, all materials, meals, snacks and drinks and accommodation in a shared bedroom (2 people).  Single rooms available for a supplement.

To reserve your place send a deposit of £125 / 150 euros.

 For early booking reduction full amount to be paid by 15thMay.

For standard booking price, full amount to be paid 1 month before course begins, by 15th Jul.y

 Before 15^th May, if you need to cancel we return your deposit minus £40 / 50 euros administration

 

 How to pay

In order to reserve your place we require a deposit of £125 / 150 euros (per person) or full payment if it is less than 4  weeks away from the start of the course. The easiest way to pay is by sending a UK cheque, or making a bank transfer. Please use the contact form below to email and you will be sent details of how to pay.

 

Deposit, payment, supplements:

The supplement for a single room for the week is £85 /100 euros

We require a £125 / 150 euro  deposit per person. There is a 7 day cooling off period after making the deposit during which time the deposit is fully refundable should you change your mind for any reason and cancel your booking in writing (by email). After the 7 days and prior to 15^th May your deposit will be returned to you minus a £40 / 50 euro administration fee. After 15^th May your deposit is non refundable.

Full payment is required 1 month before the course, by the15th July. Provided there is space, bookings can be accepted until 1 week before the course, but for bookings after 15^th July immediate payment in full is required. Payments can be in either pounds or euros.

Cancellations:

If you cancel: (a)  before 15^th May, the deposit and any full payment is returned (minus admin. fee). (b)Between 15^th May and 15^th July  your deposit is not returned (But if you have already paid fully for the course the rest of your payment is returned). (c) After 15^th July;  2 – 4 weeks before course: 60% of your fee retained; 1 – 2 weeks: 75% of your fee retained; less than one week: 100% of course fee retained or payable.

Notification of the cancellation of the course must be given in writing(email) to us – failure to do so may prejudice your entitlement to claim a refund. No refunds can be made once participants are on the course.
